This HC hot cocoa sounds good i suppose... But you haven't tasted the best hot chocolate till you've tried my recipe!!!
I get some NESQUIK choclate drinking powder, chocolate icecream, choclate topping, and milk, and shove it in a milkshake maker(blender-thingy) for ages until it's really frothy/lots bubbles on top...then i pour it into a mug, then pop it in the microwave for about 1 and half minutes... and it is soooooooo good!!! And very chocolatey! It even turns the bubbles into like capucino froth...but not coffee flavor- choc!!!
The best part is, you can have it hot or cold...depends on if you put it in the microwave or not.
OH! and yes, incase you were wondering, I am definately a chocoholic!!!

It sounds like a great product. I think I will change from coffee to your cocoa. When i want to relax on a cold New England day, I like to trat myself to a great cup of Tuccelli Hot Cocoa Mix. It is the best cocoa that I've ever tasted. So I guess its HC in the day and Tuccelli at night.

What about that lawsuit that Moonstruck is filing against Moonray Espresso, a small business in Duvall, Wa.(a small former logging town in the foothills 40 miles from Seattle) over a not so similar logo, other than the moon? Another case of Corporate America squashing small business entreprenuership.

[...] Earlier this month I was recently browsing some food blogs and came across an entry on Tweet Sweet’s blog entitled, “Almond Roca - It’s Not Just for Old People.” I had a good chuckle since, well, it’s true. Just about anyone not allergic to nuts has had Almond Roca, but it usually was not being given to you by your best friend in third grade or while trick or treating on Halloween. I recall being introduced to Almond Roca by my mother, who liked to joke that it looked like little cat poops rolled in kitty litter. Was that to scare me away so she could have more for herself? Anyway—I digress. [...]

Oh man, I just burst out laughing when I saw the title on this entry! It was total old person candy. My mom used to say they looked like little kitty poops with kitty litter on them. Nevertheless, they are delicious. So much so, I have been making them myself for almost 10 years now. They recently came out with a couple new seasonal varieties. I saw them at Costco last month and hesitated. I think one of them had coffee flavor or something? Wish I tried them.
