The main difference is using the cacoa part of the bean vs. the cocoa powder. You are getting the good part including the cocoa butter, which you can really tell because when heated repeatedly, you'll see the cocoa butter rise to the top. Anyways, if served right, there is an Italian Style Drinking Chocolate at drinkingchocolates.com that is delicious - better than any cocoa mix I've ever had at least. There is a big difference between hot chocolate and drinking chocolate. But you haven't tasted the best hot chocolate till you've tried my recipe!!! I get some NESQUIK choclate drinking powder, chocolate icecream, choclate topping, and milk, and shove it in a milkshake maker(blender-thingy) for ages until it's really frothy/lots bubbles on top...then i pour it into a mug, then pop it in the microwave for about 1 and half minutes... and it is soooooooo good!!! And very chocolatey!It even turns the bubbles into like capucino froth...but not coffee flavor- choc!!! The best part is, you can have it hot or cold...depends on if you put it in the microwave or not. OH! and yes, incase you were wondering, I am definately a chocoholic!!! This HC hot cocoa sounds good i suppose… But you haven’t tasted the best hot chocolate till you’ve tried my recipe!!!
